A hybrid between a skull crusher and a close-grip bench press invented by JM Blakley. Extremely effective tricep mass builder that allows heavier loads than a skull crusher while keeping a stretch-focused movement.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Lie on a bench holding a barbell with a narrow grip.
- 2
Lower the bar toward your chin / throat — elbows flare slightly forward.
- 3
The bar passes the face at an angle, not straight down.

Extend back to lockout.
