Diamond Push-Up

Overview

A bodyweight tricep exercise with hands placed in a diamond shape beneath the chest. Highly demanding on all three tricep heads and requires no equipment.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1

    Get into a push-up position with hands close together, thumbs and index fingers forming a diamond.

  2. 2

    Lower your chest toward your hands, keeping elbows close to the body.

  3. 3

    Press back up to full arm extension.

  4. 4

    Keep the core rigid throughout.

  • Can be done on knees if too difficult initially
